In recent years aluminium nitride has gained special attention as a unique material combining high radiation performance with insulation properties. |
The Toyalnite Super J series are aluminium nitride powders optimal for sintering and possess the following characteristics:

The Toyalnite Super FL series is comprised of aluminium nitride powders optimal for fillers. In addition to particle size distribution well suited to fillers, these products are treated with silica coating in order to block reaction with water, which is the weak point of AIN. These products also achieve thermal conductivities of 10 W/mK or higher, a figure which was not achievable with alumina and silica.
