
These aluminium paste products are environmentally friendly and feature enhanced workability and safety during storage. These products include environmentally friendly aqueous aluminium paste and aluminium flake powder for powder coatings.
Alpaste for aqueous processing
Environmentally friendly Alpaste is available for water-based coatings. You can select the most appropriate product for your varnish from a variety of types including products treated with phosphate and silica.
Aluminium paste treated with phosphate: WXM series
Aluminium paste treated with molybdenum: WJ series, WL series
Aluminium paste treated with silica: WZ series
These Alpaste series have been developed for water-based one coat applications. The combined use of organic and inorganic processing achieves chemical resistance and stability in water-based coatings with just one coat. They ensure high quality through a combination of chemical resistance and adhesiveness with less gas generation.

Aluminium flake powder for powder coatings
This is a metallic pigment that does not contain solvents. Resin coatings on aluminium particle enable electrostatic powder coatings with chemical resistance. Different resin coatings are available as the PCF and PS series (Powder Shine ®).
PCF series
This series is coated with acrylic resin. Two types
are available: Normal coating type and "A" type with specially
enhanced chemical resistance.
PS (Powder Shine ®) series
This is a series of products coated with a special resin. With flakes oriented on coating surfaces, these products provide color tones closer to metallic tints than the existing PCF series.
Bonding technology
Aluminium flakes are bonded on resin for powder coatings.
Toyo Aluminium has succeeded in establishing its own unique bonding technology.
