Features

For sintering

  • High heat conductivity: 200 W/mK or higher can be achieved.
  • Insulating properties: They have high insulating properties.
  • High-purity: Metal impurities are reduced to extremely low levels.
  • Products can also be supplied as granulated powders (granules) -> G Grade

Applications

Heat radiation substrates for IGBT (industrial machinery, automobiles, etc.), heat radiation substrates for LED, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, etc.

For fillers

  • Surface processing is performed to block the reaction with water that was a weakness of AIN.
  • It is also possible to supply products for the closest packing that can achieve even higher thermal conductivity.
  • It is possible to achieve thermal conductivities of 10 W/mK or higher, a figure that could not be achieved with alumina or silica.

Applications

Heat dissipating sheets, sealing material, film, adhesives, etc.
