Toyal Group announcement on the impact of the earthquake and
tsunami on production facilities in Japan.
The major earthquake and tsunami that has devastated the northern portions of Japan thankfully have not caused any damage to our production facilities or harm to any of our employees. Our main pigment production plant, Shinjo Works (Nara prefecture), is located far to the south west of the earthquake and tsunami zone and continues to operate on a normal basis. Presently, we have not experienced any problems with electrical power or the use of shipping ports in Japan; however we continue to monitor the situation closely. Toyo Japan is in contact with both its customers and its suppliers to assess demand, raw material supply and other logistic issues to insure product will continue to reach all its customers around the world.
In addition to the Japan based production footprint, the Toyal Group consists of a network of aluminum paste and atomized powder production, sales, and distribution facilities in:

In many cases these facilities have overlapping technology allowing the advanced grades of aluminum paste that the Toyal Group is known for, to be produced and supplied from any one of our global production facilities.
